Founder Of Salooja Law

Gurmeet Singh Salooja has been a Sole Practitioner for over 10 years. He practised law in the field of Civil Litigation, Criminal law and Family law, Real estate, and other corporate matters. He provides consultation to clients on legal matters and initiates legal action, represents clients in various courts and tribunals. Gurmeet was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Ontario. His main practice focuses on Family Law, litigation, Real Estate, and Business Law while he also provides legal services in the field of Construction Law and Civil Litigation matters.

Kiran Salooja, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University and a LL.B degree from University of Mumbai. Kiran has been practicing law since 2015. She was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Kiran has been providing legal representation to individuals and businesses. She has been working with senior lawyers and is an internationally trained lawyer. She practices Real estate, Business, Family, Wills& Estate, Civil and Immigration Law in Ontario.

Christine Newport

Law Clerk

Christine is born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. After building a successful career in the automotive industry over the course of 15+ years, in 2009, Christine decided to pursue a new career in the legal field. Christine enrolled in the Legal Clerk program at triOS College in 2009 and graduated in 2010, with honours. Since graduating, Christine has been working as a Law Clerk with a focus in litigation actions involving fraud, debt recovery, personal and professional liability, construction liens, and corporate and commercial disputes in both the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.

Stephanie

Law Clerk

Stephanie is an experienced family law clerk that graduated from the Legal Assistant and Law Clerk program at Humber College in 2014, with Honours. She works efficiently with our lawyers and clients to draft pleadings, prepare financial disclosure and support them in their legal matter from start to finish. Her positive and empathetic nature is what sets her apart from other law clerks. She takes pride in her career and is willing to help our clients every step of the way.
